EES was founded in 1998 and is owned and managed by Gloria Hagge, President and Senior Environmental Scientist.  The company successfully graduated from the nine-year SBA 8(a) program in July 2007.  EES is a woman-owned, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) classified under Architect-Engineering services.  Our business prepares environmental assessments under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); natural resources studies such as Biological Assessments for threatened and endangered species; Forest and Fire Management Plans;  Integrated Natural Resource Management Plans; cultural resource studies such as Integrated Cultural Resource Management Plans, compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act [NHPA]; test excavations; background, archival and courthouse research; Native American Consultation; Historic American Building Survey/Historic American Engineering Record [HABS/HAER] Recordation; and environmental compliance, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure [SPCC] Plans; and Environmental Baseline Surveys.
