All video capture is done in digital video format, complete with state of the art non-linear video editing capability. We edit in a range of systems including Adobe's Premiere Pro and Apple's Final Cut Pro.

You can have the videos outputted in the format of your choice, including miniDV and VHS.

EES has the capacity to index and scan any volume of documents in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We can do the following:

• Scan and convert documents to the latest release of Adobe Acrobat .pdf format;
• Perform high volume scanning and archiving projects;
• Perform the scanning at your location or ours;
• Review scanned documents to ensure all pages are present and scanned properly;
• Capture the .pdf file to create a searchable electronic document for easy retrieval;
• Filter scanned documents for web suitabililty and posting the new .pdf files on websites, if desired; and

EES has performed administrative record/information repository services for the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (Beale AFB, California; Cannon AFB, New Mexico; Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona; Minot AFB, North Dakota; Moody AFB, Georgia; and Mountain Home AFB, Idaho) for three years (2006 – 2009). We scanned, converted files into .pdf format, conducted quality assurance, created searchable electronic documents, and posted their files on their websites.
