EES is a small, Hispanic Veteran-Woman-owned and operated company specializing in environmental impact analysis, natural resources management, environmental planning, and environmental compliance. EES graduated from the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program in July 2007.

EES was founded in 1998 and became a Texas corporation in 2004, with its main office located in Bulverde, Texas, located 12 miles north of San Antonio, Texas. EES is owned, operated, and managed by Gloria Hagge, President and Senior Environmental Scientist.
