EES is a small, Hispanic Veteran-Woman-owned and operated company specializing in environmental impact analysis, natural resources management, environmental planning, and environmental compliance. EES graduated from the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program in July 2007.

EES was founded in 1998 and became a Texas S corporation in April 2004, with its main office located in Bulverde, Texas, located 15 miles north of San Antonio, Texas. EES is owned, operated, and managed by Gloria Hagge, President and Senior Environmental Scientist.

We strive to perform all of our projects with pride, fully analyzing potential environmental impacts, and we anticipate to comply with all environmental laws and regulations, providing best management practices for the preservation and enhancement of the environment, and always having the clients’ best interests in mind. A quality product is our primary goal.

Timeliness

As scientists with extensive DOD experience, we place ourselves in our clients’ shoes, knowing that they have a schedule to meet to fulfill their requirements. We prepare project management plans to provide our clients with a project schedule, identification of key staff and regulatory requirements, and an outline of the study to be accomplished. We meet our schedules, many times completing projects ahead of schedule.
